The MashMore Gamagement System isn't just a clock-in app — it's a game built around your real job. Every shift you show up, every routine you knock out, every customer you wow, every quest you crush — it all levels you up, earns real Mashy Points, and stacks up real perks you can spend at the restaurant. You'll have a level. A streak. Badges. A score your manager can see. It's how the Lab keeps the job fair, fun, and visible — and yes, you're expected to use it every shift. The good news? Once you start playing, you won't want to stop. 🥔🔥

5 things to know before you start

If you only remember these five, you'll already be ahead of half the crew.

Most things you do pay out BOTH at once. Finish a routine → some XP. Complete a quest → MP + XP. Hit a streak milestone → big MP + big XP. The two currencies grow together.

No shift today? You'll see "No shift today." That's normal — routines only show up on days you're scheduled.

02Routines — your shift checklist

Routines are the must-do tasks that keep the Lab running. They show up on the days you work and each one has a time window.

"Missed" = no XP and breaks your streak. Finishing inside the window or within the 15-min grace = full credit. Don't let routines pile up to the end of your shift.

03Quests — free MP & XP

Quests are optional missions for extra points. Some you pick yourself, some your manager assigns straight to you.

Start — tap "Start this quest" → confirm
Do the work — go be great
Submit proof — quick note + photo (if required)
Wait for approval — manager reviews → Approved = MP + XP land 🎉

"No proof, no credit." The Submit button stays greyed out until you've added the required photo. Take the shot as you finish, not after you've walked away.

Pop-Up Quests are surprise sealed missions from your manager — you don't see the reward until you tap to reveal. Some carry serious MP. Don't sleep on them.

Availability (separate page) — tell your manager which days you can work before they build the schedule

Availability deadline: Thursday 10pm. Get your availability in by then and the schedule gets built around you. After that you can still submit, but the schedule may already be in motion.

This is the scoreboard. You climb it by doing the work.

How you earn

🎓 Finish onboarding → +100 MP, +200 EXP (one-time)
📋 Every routine → ~5–15 EXP each
🎯 Quest approved → ~20–40 MP + ~25 EXP
🎁 Pop-up approved → varies (some big)
🔥 Streak milestones → +15 MP up to +1,500 MP
🏆 Employee of the Month → +500 MP

The streak is the whole game. Finish all required routines on time on a scheduled shift → your streak ticks up overnight. Approved time off is safe — it doesn't break it. Only missed routines on a scheduled shift can.

Mashy Points = real store credit at MashMore. Earn them on shift, spend them on food. Stack them, treat your friends, eat for free. Banked MP is yours forever.

Find a bug? Get paid.

Spot something broken, glitchy, or just plain weird in the app? Message your manager with what you saw and how to repeat it. If your report helps the app get better, you score bonus Mashy Points.

The more crew that report bugs, the faster the Lab gets dialled in. You see it → you say it → you get paid. Receive a +bonus MP when your report makes it into a fix.
